INSTALLATION
MANTEINANCE

All Smart Sensing Solutions are directly installed by our-own staff, who not just takes care of the right placement and deployment of each individual monitoring or detection point (according to the specific needs of each scenario), but also of the set-up and configuration of all components (both hardware and software) necessary for data acquisition, transmission and display, including the external connectivity.

Our Smart Sensing Solutions include not just the remote service of continuous control of the efficiency for each monitoring or detection point (as well as of the entire system), but also the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of all components (both hardware and software): our staff ensures prompt intervention in case of error or failure, providing the necessary repairs or replacements and restoring the correct functioning of the overall system.

DETECTION
INTEGRATION

Our Smart Sensing Solutions include and guarantee the acquisition, transmission and management (automated, real-time and 24/7 operating) of the measurements and/or detected events, the quick and intuitive consultation of data through our 3S Platform (accessible at any time by PC, Tablet or Smartphone), the transmission of customizable inputs or alarms according to the most different needs of each scenario and the immediate detection of anomalies or breakdowns.

All Smart Sensing Solutions can be widely customized, to meet the specific monitoring or detection needs of each specific scenario (both indoor and outdoor), as well as easily integrated with other infrastructures or automation systems (PAC/PLC) already present or later installed, always ensuring a perfect interoperability with complex software such as Erp, Crm, Business Intelligence and Decision Support System.

REPORTING
STORAGE

Our Smart Sensing Solutions always include the immediate and intuitive consultation of historical data through our 3S Platform (accessible at any time from PC, Tablet or Smartphone), the generation of reports and/or documents about different periods (from daily to multi-annual) and the automatic filling of fixed-template forms, both for internal use and for obtaining or maintaining different types of certification.

All Smart Sensing Solutions include the long-term archiving and storage service of the data relating to the measurements made and/or the events detected (from each single monitoring or detection point), and the periodically generated reporting documents, guaranteeing the right custody, the safe protection and the immediate consultability always in full compliance (especially in case of sensitive data) with the specific regulations and laws in force.
